New management has been here for a month and has not cashed our rent checks, has not set up a new online portal, has hidden their email on their website so I had to come to facebook to find it, and is running me and my roommates in circles when we ask for questions about transparency. Feeling super frustrated, I don't trust the management at all, I really liked living here when I first moved in and now I feel like the management is trying to scam all of us.

RecommendedI would not recommend living at the Shiloh green. Management sucks, not helpful and very rude. I was tenant for 10 years, always paid my rent on time. But when I was moving out they give me such a hard time. I had to pay extra 1 month of rent. Andrea as a manager is very very rude
I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment at upointe Kennesaw. The rent is $679 flat fee. With everything included (lights, water, electricity, washer and dryer, pool, game room, vollyball court, and fully furnished) please message me if you are interested. You can also come by and tour if you would like to.
Well although the rent is pretty cheap here, parking is literally horrendous. There are approximately 10 guest spots allotted inside the gate for guests of all 10 buildings worth of residents, but no worries the leasing office has a few more spots but don’t stay past 9:00am because they will also have them towed. Love to leave for work and find my car was towed at 8 am on a Sunday because I can’t be guaranteed a parking space👍🏻. The other cars belong to happy residents too!
There are about 12 visitor parking spots in the entire complex. If your visitors stay too long in a normal spot their car will be towed to a place two miles away for $150. Parking is awful. When you move out they will tell you your apartment smells like cigarettes and try to charge you $150.
Parking is absolutely out of control. You can forget about getting a parking spot inside the complex after about 6:30. Management keeps telling us that they are in the process of " doing something about it". It's been almost FIVE months since this became an issue. DO SOMETHING ALREADY!!!!
