The dentist put my crown on wrong and now I am having it redone. They won't return my calls because I am asking them to pay for the new crown.
This place actually called me like 4 years later to tell me my crown (that they never refunded me for) had come in and they wanted to schedule me to place it. I don’t know how these people get away with this crap!
Cannot get any worse than poor. Constantly having trees cut to produce anonymous mailings to every house in area even though people are not interested in apparently extremely substandard attempts by amateur rent-a-toothbutcher
Unprofessional & poor customer service. Worst service ever.
I had horrible pain and they got me in right away! They continued to work on my teeth till after 8 pm. They seem very dedicated to their job! I'll return in 8 weeks! And will give another update!
Very unprofessional and inexperienced. Paid over $1000 to have a crown and filling done, both improper fitting/poor quality. Permanent crown on order 3+ weeks, temp kept falling out, they told me to glue it back myself, the nerve is exposed �. Had to have all work re-done by a professional dentist. Still trying to get money back for crown that never arrived, they won't give out owners info, but claim owner is only one who can give refunds. I wouldn't take my dog here to get her teeth cleaned.
I understand that there are protocols for every employer. However, I don't appreciate feeling harassed by your place of business by text messages and phone calls telling me to reschedule or set an appointment for my family members. I have four children so you can imagine how many text/phone calls that would be. Then when I speak with the receptionist on the phone and tell her that I would appreciate not being contacted and would make the appointments myself, she speaks in a condescending tone.
