The staff here is top notch. They’re doing the very best with what they have. This hotel is like an old luxury ocean liner, far past its prime, but you can see the marks of what it once was. Our room was comfortable. Everything in our room worked just fine. The hotel is close to downtown and a lot of restaurants and shopping. For the price it can’t be beat. The reviews about the facility are true. The wallpaper is peeling, the carpet is old, the lighting isn’t great. It’s being held together by duct tape and good intentions.... read more
I had a wonderful stay at Yuma Inn & Suites! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Alex was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They have an excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again! 😊
I would recommend going anywhere other than here. It could do in a pinch (I guess?), but the pictures online are VERY DECEIVING. The photos used must be AI generated, or highly edited. Firstly, the outside of this property looks abandoned. It looked so different from the photos I viewed online, that my family and I thought we must be in the wrong place.
