Love the pool area it’s a good hotel the mall is there as well so the location is great just the room aren’t so clean it needs a little bit of work its a little old the workers are very nice had a great time being there 2 days
The staff seems nice enough but for the price and deposit held it was a huge disappointment. The rooms are dated and not very clean. The pool and deck area were filthy. Weeds growing in-between cracks dirty furniture no towels...obviously unkempt for quite some time. The hotel boasts resort accommodations...but it's anything but. We usually stay a cross the street at LA Fuente... we'll book there next time.
They honestly deserve no stars because the girl in the night shift is so rude and I don't understand how she still has her job.
They don't deserve any stars because the night shift girl is so rude and disrespectful. She didn't let me go into the pool to let me get my item, she deserves to be fired.
