Booked the hotel for the pool. At check in asked about the pool then proceed to go to the pool and it's empty been empty and will be empty for days. The check in lady straight lied to me then said i cant reimburse u anyways but that should have been stated before i checked in WHEN I ASKED. I brought 4 kids 3 disabled as there reward to go swimming all day and instead we got trapped. Then the manager decided not to do anything about it when Priceline reached out. Horrendous

The breakfast is one of the worst that we've seen. The last time we stayed, I asked for a late checkout by an hour which was denied. So, we're staying elsewhere when we're in town going forward.

It is remarkable that this hotel has retained its three-star rating despite several inadequacies. The hotel's restaurant and lounge are currently inoperative. The hotel's facilities are obsolete and do not fulfill the expectations associated with a three-star rating. The televisions are antiquated and require replacement with contemporary Smart TVs. The couch in the room is torn and stained. This hotel necessitates a comprehensive overhaul. We are situated on the ground floor and the noise above our room is unacceptable.

Great location, very family friendly. Pool, early snack like breakfast, service at desk is great. McDonalds with a play place next door and great coffee (Brewvada) up the street. Only issue is we requested room service and we never received it so we had to maintain it ourselves.
