Mixed results. The front desk was empty multiple times I approached. The only staff I got to talk to was Big Brittani, who was angered with me when I had to leave the small dog we brought in the room because I was feeling ill so I stepped outside. It was also over 90 degrees and the dog's paws would've been burnt on the pavement. When I came back in, Brittani was finally at the desk, so she made sure to stop me and tell me that I couldn't leave my dog on her own. I adore this place! The front desk girl at check in was so welcoming and friendly! Helped us find good food in the area and brought us anything we needed!!! 10/10 recommend this place! We will be back!

Me and my family stayed here on 7/12/25 after traveling 300 miles from Salem - the rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was very pathetic.. to even call its breakfast is a far reach. I do have one big issue, the lady that checked me in, her name is Austyn- she said she was newish there as the receptionist but she was very cold and awkward towards me during the 5 minute check in process… she had searched me up on all of my social medias after we checked out on 7/13/25 @8AM.. she “accidentally” sent me a friend request on ... read more
