It was a quiet place to relax. Free breakfast was awesome and staff as well.
Stayed there alone and the overall room was okay but the toilet would not flush. Also, they gave me a single breakfast ticket (which is needed to eat their breakfast), then they charged me $60 after checking out saying that the lounge said I ate FOUR breakfasts. I had them check the camera but the guy sounded like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. Ridiculous customer service.
We just needed a place to crash for the evening after dropping our son off at college. You have a new fan. The room was clean and spacious. It was a total bonus. We had a room with a view of the river and Idaho Falls temple. We're weren't expecting that. The check-in process was easy, and the front desk clerk was friendly. The rooms were very clean and amazingly enough there was no off putting smell that a lot of older(1989) hotels have. The pool and sauna area was very nice and the complimentary SIT DOWN breakfast was great. The front desk attendants and waitress were very friendly and helpful. There are many food options at and around the property, and the view of the river was spectacular.
The rooms smelt like what you could imagine an grandmas basement smelling like. Mild dew. However the service was great at the front desk, I don't know who was running the counter but he was really friendly asked about mine and my mother's favorite colors, overall really nice guy, we need more people like him in this world.
