Friendly staff.
We stayed at the Shilo Inn on 6-25-25. We called and checked room rates in the area. We were quoted $157.52 with a military rate. We checked in and paid. I checked my Visa statement when we returned from vacation. I was charged another $91.25 a day later after being charged the $157.52. I called the Shilo Inn and spoke with the business office. I explained the problem to the business manager. He said someone quoted you and charged you the wrong price so we added the extra charge of $91.25. I said that we would have never sta... read more
First thing we had to do after arriving was net the garbage out of the pool. In the room there was one little bar of soap for two people to share, for in the shower and the sink. No shampoo. Room keys worked for about 15 minutes then quit. Pipes were loud as a $50 truck stop room. Shower was dirty and trash on the floor. The bed and breakfast was alright, spacious rooms. Stayed here after reading the reviews and man was disappointed. Our room had Cobb Webb's everywhere, fingerprint smuges on everything, our fridge didn't work, blood in the bed side night stand. We got in so late we went straight to bed not noticing. When telling the front desk, they didn't even care. Very disappointed in this property.
