dirty sheets, dirty carpet, no sheets or blanket for the pull out. front desk was rude didnt want to change the sheets because we just got there. it was there before we got there. not helpful at all. will never come back and they were over price changed hotels to choice suits Airport 3 minutes away had a 3 star rating and was 100.00 cheaper and clean. was told they had full breakfast and all we got was a small muffin and a granola bar.
Recommendedthis is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. front desk associates were very kind and accommodating right off the bat. the room was perfectly clean and bigger then I expected. the topping on the cake was the price. price was the same as if I wanted to stay at a motel 6. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Boise and will definitely make this my first choice going forward

Concierge was rude. Hang up on me twice. Wasn't pleasant at the reception desk. The room is nice and that's just about it.

RecommendedI traveled nearly 3000 miles with my 4 golden retrievers and this was our final stop before reaching our new home. The managers were gracious, thoughtful and kind. Red Lion has dedicated pet rooms, and a fee per pet, but worth it! We were there 1 night. Warm Woofs Red Lion🐕Thank you very much.....”Sherbert! Off the bed❤️”
