Pool was closed for remodeling, yet was not disclosed when booking. Heat/AC did not work due to a completely fried outlet (electrical hazard). Stained carpets, everywhere. Hanging smoke detectors, Poorly maintained place and not remotely worth the money.
Stayed one night in mid-Aptil 2026. Room looked ok but but had three functional issues. 1) outlet between the beds was too loose to hold our (small) USB charging adapter. 2) freezer in mini fridge/freezer was missing its door so I expect our frozen stuff will thaw over night. I'm traveling with a refrigerated medication so like to refreeze my ice pack each night. 3) toilet tank will not refill after a flush unless I remove the tank lid and tap or wiggle the top of the filler valve thing. 3 misses, so deducted 3 stars
A friend and I stayed 2 night this week for snowboarding. We’re in our 50s. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was hearty. There is covered parking and it’s short walk to shuttle. The staff was great. Only thing is that jacuzzi is being remodeled. So it wasn’t available. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I recommend. It was a great value.
When we arrived, the parking lot was almost empty, so there was barely any guests at the hotel. We were staying with a dog, and asked for a room on the first floor. The guy at the front said pet rooms are on the second, but gave us a room on the fourth floor at the very end of the corridor, when the hotel was empty!
