RecommendedToday was my first time there as I was trying to find an eye doctor closer to home. The front staff was so friendly. Dr. Downey was so sweet and answered all my questions. But what stuck out to me the most was the technicians who helped me pick out a pair of glasses. Penny and Alicia I believe their names were? I apologize if I spelled their names wrong! So I had a great experience at my exam with the doctor but what prompted me to look for someplace to write a review is the service I received last night picking out glasses. I went in with my 13 year old daughter who was no help. Lol she laughed at every pair I put on and because I hate glasses it was making things very difficult. One woman came over and just started giving me glasses to try on and giving me suggestions on the best design for my prescription strength.
