I'm a sushi chef myself, and have eaten pretty much every where when it comes to sushi. But this has got to be the top quality sushi place so far in Seattle
Ken is the most delightful Sushi chef in the city. So much love in his preparation.
This is hands down my favorite authentic sushi restaurant in Seattle. Fatty Tuna all day!!! Also the preferred sushi spot for Mariners pitcher Hisashi Iwakuma! Expect to spend a lot and leave fully satisfied!

Fantastic authentic Japanese food. Chef Yamamoto's cuts of sashimi and nigiri sushi have very generous portions of fish. The tonkatsu is the best in town! Ask Chef Yamamoto about his unique specials because you will not be disappointed!
