Got ignored for nearly an hour and never did receive the food that we ordered. My husband ended up having to leave without his food and walk back to work so he wouldn't be late. I got ignored for another 10 minutes before being told by the waitress that...."I guess they lost your ticket or something??". She didn't even have an explanation for what had happened. I work at a fish counter in Tri-Cities and was impressed with their selection and freshness. We ate here twice during our honeymoon and I came back a week later with a friend. Can't wait to come back!
Nice customer service. Owner took concerns very seriously. I appreciated their willingness to listen. Tempura was greasy. Steak was overcooked. Salad was awful. Onion soup had no flavor. Miso soup was very salty. Scallops were good. My meal was swimming in stir fry sauce. Not the best Japanese food. One star food. Second star for the owners response.
Just waited 40 minutes for 2 rolls and soups. Doesn't make me want to go back
We definitely come back again. Overall the food so delicious and the atmosphere is very nice clean and good Service .
