One of the most caring doctors I have ever been to. Listens to every complaint. Very smart and so very helpful with insights and information. Highly recommend!!
I'm with all the other people who say the Dr. Is good but the staff is HORRIBLE! I give 3 stars because the Dr has to know how they act with patients. She works with them everyday and I'm sure she has gotten complaints before. The lady that always answers the phone is so rude every time right off the bat. We are changing Dr.s because I don't want to deal with her staff anymore. It's sad because I think she's a great Dr but I am not going to get stressed out everytime I have to call the office. It's not worth it.
Dr Mehta? She's fine. Very nice and professional. WHY THE WAIT!? C'mon, we all understand we won't be seen exactly on time. But, we know we're going to wait almost ONE HOUR after our appointment! They have a note taped saying "Dr Mehta takes time to listen to her patients, please understand " So, SHE KNOWS! Wish somebody could help her fix this. We're looking for another Dr, because IT'S A KNOWN ISSUE that she can't seem to fix.
No reflection on Dr Mehta but her customer service rep is rude and acted like I was bothering her when she answered the phone and I tried to make an appointment. She ought to be FIRED.
Dr. Mehta is a wonderful doctor and the best Rheumatologist I have seen in Florida. I look forward to my appointments because she genuinely seems to care and always listens to me.
