Medical staff helpful and informed on my conditions. Office staff impersonal and unhelpful.
Too long of a wait before he sees a patient. At times we have waited 3.5 hours. Time to look for another doctor this happens ever time we have an appointment.
Seems to be a knowledgeable doctor and has been in Lubbock a long while. We believe he is a good ophthalmologist but his over scheduling his office time is way out of line. Whether his decision to over schedule or staff management's decision, having to wait over an hour each visit is not right. Everyone's time is important, not just doctors.
