Agreed the office is older and could use some remodeling. However, this costs money and doctors who take HMOs usually aren't making tons of money. The office, however, IS clean. My husband and I both had back to back appointments we arrived early and had a very short wait. Dr. Shih saw my husband first who has been suffering with wetness in his ears for over a year. Dirty, 70s office, and he did not do what my primary request. I was okay with him not doing the scope my primary requested because of his lack of seeming like a doctor that knew what he was doing. Never again. I let my primary know and will be contacting my insurance company. Get another referral.

Called to make appointment to have a completely blocked ear cleaned and Would not schedule appointment because I was a cash customer. They only take insurance. Did not care that I was having trouble hearing and was referred by another wonderful family practice doctor. I do not recommend this place.
