We are totally impressed by the way Doctor Shih treats our kids. He is not only an excellent Doctor, he is simple, superb human being, approachable, with a smiley face, friendly, and selfless. Always amazing treatment. He is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. Not business oriented, but patient oriented. Doctor Shih listens to you very patiently & gives you sufficient time to say your problems. He diagnoses in no time and his findings lead to quick recovery. Best Pediatrician!
Dr Shih is probably the best doctor out there! Ran into this dad with his two kids at a play place and he lives in a completely different town, but when he started talking about his doctor for the kids I immediately asked him if their doctor was Dr. Shih? Dr Shih is wonderful. Listens to questions/concerns and doesnt rush. However, we have had numerous situations where him and Dr Salston give opposite advice or guidance. That's once you get past the witches at the desk. His office staff could use a lesson in manners, common courtesy and ediquette. They are rude, miserable and downright nasty human beings. Dr Shih is kind, knowledgeable, listens to both the child and the parents concerns and doesn’t order the most expensive tests if you don’t need them. He’s always been there for my kids since birth, and that was 28 years ago for the first one. Some reviews state thar the reviewer have a hard time with the front desk ladies but I have never had any issues with them and they greet my kids by name.
Dr Shih is great. He's attentive and personable and really does a great job communicating with parents during checkups. I feel very lucky that we found him, and I recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician!
Dr Shih is a caring physician. He takes the time to go through your appointment and make sure all your concerns are addressed. My child is very comfortable with him.
