I thought Happy Hour is a period of time where restaurants offer discounts? Checkout the Happy Hour menu and the regular menu at #shigezoizakaya in Portland. The drunken squid is the same price, $9. I asked the waitress for an explanation and she didn’t know why. That’s disappointing to be misled, especially since I’ve been coming often for Happy Hour thinking it was a good deal. Please revise your menus.
