So messed up how this system works. Not only do yall take our payment. You also make it hard to report payment issues. Can't talk to no real live agents at all. Then when we dispute payment that me earned and worked hard for. You remove us from work. How can i resolve my issues. I guess I have to hire a lawyer. I get no where and it's a year later yall still owe me money. How is that?? I never worked for an app that didn't pay until shiftsmart came along. Shiftsmart don’t answer when there is a problem with leadership at different sites and they will hold or reject your shift payment. No one provides thee direct number for you to call as a worker. They talk to you any kind of way and be playing on the phones until big wigs come in then they want to work and act like they were working. A quick burnout
Need to have more communication with the store they send you to sometimes you get sent away
No one works for this app. Not one person has spoke to an actual support agent. I'm not sure how they are still operating legally. Sign me up for the suit
