Definitely a waste of time and they get all your privacy information. They change or cancel your shifts at the last minute and literally ruin your day. Too many red flags here, I don’t want to be involved with this app in any shape or form! Run my friend!! PS. The bonuses and pay also change at the last minute for unknown reasons with no notice. I screenshot my shift and the payment and it changed the day of after it was too late to cancel.

One of the worst job apps I worked for and probably the worst. As an android user, the app froze constantly turning my 1 1/2 hour tasks into well over 3 hours. Id expressed this to shiftsmart team only to not receive a respond. I guess you have to have an I phone for the task page to go smoothly. Other than that the app goes crazy and you find yourself signed up for a shift you did not sign up for and next thing you know you're suspended from the platform because no one at shiftsmart is willing to help fix the problem. I work with shiftsmart. It's a great concept. However, I'm not sure who's idea it was to photograph every step of tasks? I do shifts for circle k, there needs to be a complete walk through each shift and what each shift does, especially in the food prep. I signed up for 2 shifts, back to back at same store. When I came in it was 12:30, the employees had already done lunch and so I couldn't really forward my tasks. I did several non food tasks for manager. Shiftsmart Sucks! They want you to show up for shifts but don't want to pay you for working them. I took a shift 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten paid. Nothing from them. No email, text, phone call. They owe me $58.80!
