I was wrongfully removed from the app after a store manager lied on me shiftsmart wouldn't go over the details with me they just simply told me that I wasn't eligible for rehire.

The agent was misinformed or down right lied to get me to sign up. The task required native French and I signed up as fluent. Then I referred someone else who completed the task within 6 days, but my referral bonus was halved for unknown reasons. The person who replied initially was rude, now it's been months without response.

its very bad communication, you guys avoid paying people for what they worked, Second time i was turned down for a shift. I wouldn’t recommend a soul! Very hard to get in contact with someone, definitely need more communication services and better app features .

Concept is great but treat workers terrible. There is no communication in place. The support tickets are a joke. They will cut off ur access and leave you with no idea why or any way to contact anyone There is no phone number to call to speak with anyone. Its a shame. Barely pay minimum wage and treat us like sweat shops would. Not sure how they will keep their clients happy when they cant keep good help that is knowledgable which is what the clients expect. It is a shame cause it could be a great company.

It's very bad communication, you guys avoid paying people for what they worked I just understand if you are going to accept people to work for your company then it's by law that you are supposed to pay us our earnings.
