Worst experience you will ever have No support at all from the company to any part whether the employee or the employer ( they don’t verify any information even as simple as pharmacy address and contact person). Payment might take months to get and when you call they will till you we don’t have any updates

Very bad at following up regarding failed payment for my relief shifts, and good luck getting through to them via email or phone. I completed a shift almost 2 months ago now and once every 20 phone calls or emails when a person finally answers me the answer is always “you will receive it next week” and I never receive anything

Absolutely garbage customer service at ShiftPosts ( phone calls ignored and payments delayed by 1 and 2 months ) !!!! Very disappointed

Really disappointed at the payment delay. I used to be able to get paid 2 days after completing a shift. Now I’m waiting almost a week and invoices aren’t even being sent to the employee after shift has been completed! The invoice for a shift I did on Thursday the 19th is still pending. I can’t trust them on prompt payment. I need this resolved.

WAITING FOR THE PAYMENT SINCE 3 MONTHS! STILL NO REPLY FROM THEM! NO EMAIL RESPONSE AND NO PHONE RESPONSE! Update: Yes i got paid but after endless efforts and you can also check the emails treads and I had to involve Pharmacy where I worked to resolve.
