WAITING FOR THE PAYMENT SINCE 3 MONTHS! STILL NO REPLY FROM THEM! NO EMAIL RESPONSE AND NO PHONE RESPONSE! Update: Yes i got paid but after endless efforts and you can also check the emails treads and I had to involve Pharmacy where I worked to resolve.
Ryan from their head office contacted me and was pleasant to deal with. He’s helped with all he can do to resolve the issues going on
Don’t bother with them, they don’t care about you.
It’s a good app to pick up relief shifts. But my only concern that I have been facing for the last 4 months is delaying payments over 4 to 5 weeks. I am not happy with that , as it’s been happening every month. I can accept 2 weeks maximum , but payment delayed for over 4 weeks is unacceptable.
