I only gave them one star, because zero stars wasn't an option. Wrote a deal, agreed to the deal...on day one, but fell through because the finance dept couldn't find our pre-approved loan. Came back..day two, financing in order. Confirmed the deal with 2 separate associates. Switched my insurance, signed over my car, (which was the down payment). They then asked for an additional down payment equal to the value of my trade in..which they said the deal was dependent on..even though we already had a deal and approved financin... read more
Zakiya was so helpful! I was hesitant to sell my car using Shift versus selling on my own, but I’m so grateful I did. Zakiya walked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood where my estimate came from. She also called a Lyft ride home for me after! The convenience is so so so worth it to sell with Shift. Thank you guys!
Sold the car to Shift San Diego. Got the credit in my account which they had originally given the quote above almost 30% from outside vendor even though there was normal wear and tear in the car. Will definitely recommend to others and will go back if in case i need to sell or buy car.
