I love this place and the energy is amazing I had an absolutely amazing time and learned so much and it’s helping me get better for basketball
My son’s baseball team had the privilege to workout with Coach DJ at SHIFT last night and what an experience! Coach DJ is top notch - he was very patient with the boys and challenged them. The facility is very nice with great equipment. We will be back. Thank you, Coach DJ!
