Paul Miles is AMAZING! My back was all out of whack, with hips out of alignment and in one 90 min session I felt such relief! I have seen him multiple times when I have had flare ups of pain and it only takes a couple sessions to fix what is going on. His massage treatments are very effective, I highly recommend him!
Sebastian is friendly, caring and great at his profession! Would highly recommend!
I booked Tina last minute as my previous RAC had moved, and I had woken up with terrible TMJ pain! I felt great after the session, but the next day I could actually chew my breakfast! Amazing! I'm definitely following up to keep things in check.
