"Initially left a positive review under pressure at the counter, but updating now for accuracy. While the physical work was completed, I was heavily overcharged on parts markup. Initially was expecting to pay around $800, They billed me $68.99 per quart for transmission fluid (well above dealership retail) and claimed the 'angle of the transmission' meant it required a full 9-quart capacity fill for a basic pan drop—which is mechanically inaccurate. I had a repair completed on my truck here about 8 years ago. They charged me thousands for a full transmission repair. Recently, my transmission gave out again and I took it to a shop that specializes in transmission up north. They informed me there was never a rebuild completed on the car and the people at this shop instead put a “patch” on my transmission. These guys absolutely suck. They are rude, arrogant and don’t follow through on their warranty. They screwed up my jeep transmission, tried to blame it on APA auto then on my jeeps computer , and then we had it redone by Philips transmission who did it right and far better and even proved their mechanics were at fault. No one else. Avoid these guys like an STD!!!
Always about the customer. My fiance has been going to them for years, and I have used them a few times for my truck. Never done us wrong! Great prices and quick turn-around.
