Eric is very knowledgeable about transmissions and the solutions to fix or rebuild . I feel that he does an excellent job of explaining what needs to be done, options, and his pricing seems fair. Appointments should be made ahead of time if possible as he is very busy . This is one shop where you can place trust in what parts are really needed and not a rip off.
Eric knew exactly what repairs my car needed. He was precise, honest, kept me informed and up front on the cost of the work needed. He was up front with the time needed to take care of me. My car was repaired right and I'm Happy with the work performed.

If I could give you 10 stars Eric, I would. Great communication, excellent work. I was referred to Eric by another mechanic to look at my transmission. While replacing my transmission he noticed my barrens needed replacing, so we scheduled the repairs. I picked up my car and wow! What a difference! The noise is gone and my car drove so much better.
