Our son needed a good, inexpensive car and found Shift Auto on KSL. Sergio was very helpful and friendly from the start. He worked with our son to make sure he got the best car for the best price. He was very transparent and honest and made us feel like we were good friends. Our son is thrilled with his new (used) car, and his affordable payment! We would definitely go there again.

Amazing service with great cars! Every step of the way, all of the workers were very honest, transparent, and genuine. I would gladly buy another car from them or go to them for mechanical work. Can’t go wrong with them.

We loved our buying experience with Shift Auto in Provo! Did lots of research and test driving at other places before seeing a great deal on the van we had been looking for online, and making an appt to test drive it on the phone. We paid a more than fair price for our 2015 Toyota Sienna especially in comparison to other places whose inventory was falling apart or marked up thousands of dollars higher because of brand name. We were looking for a first car for a 17 year old, Shift Auto has, by far the best selection and quality of vehicles in the price range we were looking at. Sergio made the buying process incredibly quick and easy, I will definitely be back!
