Very unprofessional, poor customer service, couldn’t get anyone to return calls or answer questions. Waste of time!
Shift Buying experience is smooth and easy. Buyer Beware of Bait and switch sales tactics. This place hires young adults as concierge / sales associates. So the car lot feels fun, like a college campus. This is used car lot not a dealership with service center for after care. Inspect your proposed vehicle purchase intensely during pre sale, in person.
