Very unprofessional. Waiting an hour to be seen is insane! Especially when you have an APPOINTMENT!!!! What is the purpose of an APPOINTMENT if you have to wait an hour. That's called unprofessional!!!!
Dr. Shiflett and his team have set a new standard for dental care in my book. Their warm and welcoming approach immediately put me at ease, and their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout my appointment.
