They don’t pick the trash. My HOV fees pays for this revive
Garbage day is Friday. Service was canceled due to an impending storm; however, two other refuse companies including the rest of the city seemed to go about their day like normal. We were told our garbage would not be picked up until the following week. Asked about a discounted rate and was told that we'd only receive that IF we took our own garbage to the dump and provided them with a receipt. RecommendedThis company is so kind and considerate in everything they do. The other day I had to leave really early for work, so I had my car running and had to run back into my house for something (on a pick up day).... The workers picked up my garbage AND THEN MOVED MY CANS FOR ME! I was stunned. I haven't had a stranger be that nice to me in such a long time that I wanted to hug them! Highly recommend Shiffletts waste. We met Marcus (I think that’s his name) last week and he was very kind! There have been days that we miss our pickup on accident but they have always came back to grab it for us.
I have had multiple issues with trash pick up. I cancelled my service, but have to wait the thirty days and this past week my trash was not picked up again. I called on Thursday to notify my trash was not picked up Wednesday and was told to leave it out and it would be picked up Friday. Friday I called at 4:27 and spoke with someone and the paperwork was misplaced. Leave it out and it will be picked up Saturday. Today my trash is still sitting at the street. This is ridiculous.

Great trash service, always reliable!
After multiple times of my trash being left on pickup days I cannot recommend, especially the customer service agent who was rude. She gave no explanation as to why I am being skipped and yet they expect full payment for services not rendered. Moving on to another service because as I was told by CSA, they are busy!
