Today visit was not okay!!! The lady from the the front desk they were really nice and also the nurse from the back she was really sweet. But I can't say the same thing about Dr. Mrs.khan she really un professional we were waiting on the room for 1 hour my husband had the appointment at 2:30 we were there on time!! My husband was also Fasting!!!! We left from the room at 4:00 pm !! They expected us to be there on time to our appointment if we get there 5-10 minutes they will reschedule us .. Dr. Khan was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with information so I can live a healthier lifestyle.
Khan has very poor bedside manners.
Assumed my sexual orientation (was incorrect). Dismissive of my reason for visiting and essentially told me to toughen up. Unable to feel a lump that was sore after an injury that two family members were able to feel and was advised to ice and ignore. This experience is not isolated at Kelsey Seybold and one of the reasons I changed my insurance coverage so I could seek doctors OUTSIDE of KS that identified I actually did warrent treatment for my symptoms.
