Yesterday they called me telling me that my plan doesn't cover 2 dental cleanings per year. I checked my insurance and it says D1110 - Prophylaxis is covered twice a year for an adult. I told them that I was covered, but they refused it. They quickly told me how much I'd have to pay them for the cleaning service. I had to cancel my appointment despite already scheduling time off from work. I think they tried to profit from me and my insurance by charging me and then charging the insurance. Great dentist office! No complaints!
Dr Bindu was amazing she did my root canal and filling seamlessly. Highly recommend!
I had a good experience at this dental office. The cleaning was very thorough, and the staffs were professional and friendly. My only suggestion is to use a bigger or stronger suction during the cleaning, because water was spraying onto my face and ruined my makeup a bit. Overall, I’m satisfied with the care and would still recommend this office.
