I was wrongfully charged for things I didnt have done. When I went to contact their billing, located in another state, left 3 messages, never recieved a call back. So then I called the office to let them know this and was told to keep trying????? I have to ask myself at what point is contacting them no longer my responsibilty. I also requested that I recieve a biopsy report before I would pay the bill. Again no return call. I would like to make an official complaint to a medical board before they attack my TRW. Nice doctor but he doesnt like to stitch things up. I guess it takes too long. I had a skin cancer on the side of my nose which ended up being the size of a quarter. Dr Shiell just let it heal on its own and it took 8 weeks for it to heal! It was oozing and bleeding the whole time. He travels all the time and is very hard to get a hold of. I was uncomfortable and didnt get comforted. On closer inspection of Dr Shiells qualifications I saw he was a member of the Mohs Society of Dermatology. I had a biopsy on the tip of my nose, and no one ever called me back to tell me the results! Talk about modern doctors who are too busy to care about their patients. Patients are now "customers."
