Addendum to my last review.kevin returne my calls late yesterday.told me that their hourly labour charge is $124.,that why my labour cost was so high.
terrible customer service,they simply do not answer telephone calls.THEY did some replacement job for us and overbilled us..they refuse to talk and And do not return tel.call.s.WE will never use them again.
Absolutely horrific customer service and terrible plumbing installation. They installed a toilet in our house less than 2 months ago and we woke up this morning to find the toilet leaking through our kitchen ceiling ruining our custom kitchen cabinets and crown molding. Immediately called Shields for them to tell us no one was available to come out to our house even though this was an emergency, and that they could only try and get someone out later this week to look at it, and that we could not prove it was a problem with... read more
