From hello to job done he earned every dollar! Communication was great! Punctual, very thorough, doesn’t waste time, polite and professional. He came out on a Sunday, the day before Memorial Day. I called a few others for a price but he said he didn't charge extra to come out on a weekend/holiday and I thought that sounded good. I highly recommend it! At 10pm on a Saturday night our tub stopped draining completely and water was coming out of the floor. Shields Plumbing was recommended in a few community groups I am in so I sent a text (didn't want to wake anyone at 10pm). The message was responded to in minutes and they were out the next morning and had the issue fixed in 20 minutes (max)! Thank you Ross and Shields Plumbing! The communication was clear from the first conversation.
