An OK-ay Experience Sheilds Plumbing is an okay service, they aren't terrible, but they aren't very good either. First off, their store is small, but it gets the job done, mainly enough to sell a few parts and enough for a desk in order to set up an appointment for when to have a plumber stop by. Employees at the desk are helpful and friendly and they do a good job of setting up an appointment around the times/days you specify.
