I have been waiting for an MRI for 6 months ( mostly due to covid). I was relieved the imaging was finally scheduled. After taking a day off from work and arranging child care, I arrived at shields to be informed that it was re scheduled to July....THANKS FOR THE PHONE CALL.
Vice President of Safety and Qaulity (VP) waiting for answer on who this is? policy change that you could wear you own approved MRI clothing. they change rules to hurt anyone they feel like too. instead of force to me to wear their uncomfortable outfit. pissed off. Shields MRI Framingham does not like red cross or blood and platelets donors. The staff picked on me. When they told me I could wear my outfit in their MRI scans before. Recommendedlove that this location is very accessible. The techs and staff are friendly. Since the remodel the lobby is very inviting and warm. The old look was horrible but new look is beautiful especially during the day on a sunny day

RecommendedStarting your day with an MRI is never fun, but the staff here made me feel relaxed the second I walked in the door. Highly recommend to anyone needing an MRI at any point in their life.
RecommendedIt was much better than the other two I had at South Shore hospital. The tube to much shorter and wider and opened on both ends. I was able to go in feet first. A much more pleasant way to get an MRI. They were quick to book my appointment and quick getting the results back to the doctor. Highly recommend this place.
Shields MRI Dartmouth I have been using Shields MRI for 4 years approximately and I could never find a complaint until today I had a MRI scheduled for Friday 5PM I received a voicemail a few hours ago indicating that they had to reschedule my scan normally I would have no problem with this whatsoever but when I called The scheduler I spoke to was nice enough to tell me that my appointment was rescheduled to accommodate a disabled person my problem with this is that I myself am DISABLED and rely on other people for transporta... read more
