Received a collection service notice without ever getting a bill whatsoever. Unprofessional on there part and I would advice to never use these people. Unethical business towards your patients.
Same experience as the other reviewers. No invoice then sent to collections for 21 dollars. Shields won't accept payment must pay through collections. Corrupt us Healthcare system is in flames for a reason. Them and their buddies all get their greedy fingers in it, drive costs sky high and we are supposed to call them brave and essential.
My charge was sent to a collections service without my ever getting a bill. Never had an issue with a bill payment before. Wondering if this will affect my credit rating.
Shield's MRI at Anna Jaques Hospital is good, however, Northeast Radiology Associates LLP, who read the reports are another story!! On 3 separate MRIs, I have received threatening statements from "APS Medical Billing Solutions" on behalf of Northeast Radiology Associates LLP. My most recent bill is for an MRI performed on 5/22/24, statement date 5/26/24, capital letters DUE DATE 6/10/24. Also at the bottom of the bill, in large RED capital letters "DUE NOW".."This amount is your responsibility". Well, today is 6/11/24, I jus... read more
