Had a terrible experience with Shields MRI Worcester, been "waiting" to have an MRI which is taking 2 months and 3 cancelled appointments. Prep for a biopsy. First cancellation I was told was due to a computer error in scheduling, second cancellation was due to an incorrect time that was scheduled in Framingham in the AM, third time was due to UMass Urology dept. not authorizing the insurance (all about $$ of course) in time of my appointment on September 7th.
