JOLINE C. SHIELD CALLED TO MAKE AN MRI APPOIMENT, I MISSED THE CALL AND CALLED RIGHT BACK. PAULA WHO ANSWER THE PHONE SHE TOLD ME THEIR IS NO ORDER. I TOLD HER THAY JUST CALLED. WELL SHE HUNG UP ON ME.I HAD TO CALL DOCTOR AND CALL CENTRAL SCHEDULING HAD TO CALL SHEILD MRI AND GET THEM ON PHONE TO MAKE THE APPOIMENT. I DO NOT KNOW PAULA BUT SHE SHOULD NOT WORK WITH PUBLIC AT ALL VERY RUDE PERSON.
Went for two MRIs and was told that I could either do both or come back for the second, which is what I chose to do. Now I am told that because I am coming back that I will owe another $100. No one bothered to mention that. And I'm told there is nothing they can do about that. Right...
