I was unfortunate enough to have Dr. Heidi Shields assigned as my Primary Care Physician for a year. I tried to see Dr. Shields after being admitted to the hospital for an illness, but she refused to see me. My Emergency Room Doctor said I needed to see my Primary Physician within 3 days of being discharged from the Hospital. Dr Shields receptionist scheduled an appointment for two days after my discharge but Dr Shields cancelled the appointment on the day it was scheduled and said she was " too busy" to see me for the next ... read more
Dr. Shields is always caring and thorough. She takes the time to listen and problem solve with you. She never makes you feel rushed. Very rare in a provider today.

Dr. Shields is amazing. Funny, kind, and friendly. Been my doctor for 17 years. I work with her at the hospital and she is consistantly kind to all her patients. Very smart, knows her stuff.
