I was referred to Shields HVAC when my 15 year old system went down. I called multiple other companies and was told the wait was longer than 7 days to get someone just to give me an estimate. I contacted Greg and he was over the next day, gave me a very fair estimate. The day after we got the estimate we told him we wanted to do business, this was on a Tuesday. I have to give it to Shields Heating & Air Conditioning. Last night after the power outage our AC went out. We called this morning and left a message. Greg Shields returned our call and said he was in the neighborhood and would stop after finishing his other job. Called about 20 minutes ago. Got is up and running. It was a small part thank goodness. However, he refused any form of payment. He now has a lifetime customer from me and I will recommend him to anyone that asks.
