Very professional and thorough. Technician took the time to explain the service he was performing on our gas fireplace and what we needed to do to use it safely. He patiently answered all of our questions.
Did a phenomenal job, made it quick and explained everything that was going on, also super friendly with pets, definitely recommend
Shields has done 2 projects for us. We have been very satisfied.
We had a problem with our fireplace not starting. Called Shields and made an appointment to get it fixed. Showed up on time even a little early. Ken was really great to work with showed me the part that was not working and replaced it. Very friendly
