Don't pay him until your work is completely finished! I had Mr. Shields and his team came out to do quite a bit of work at my home. When they were nearly finished I paid them and they completely disappeared. They won't answer my phone calls or respond to repeated requests for them to finish their work. Avoid if at all possible!
