I scheduled an appt 2 months ago and the dentist not me wanted to reschedule. I re booked and the appt. was scheduled by there staff and even confirmed by text to my phone. i showed up on time and there door was locked. I called and got vmail. I waited a half hour and finally left. BIG WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. THERE WILL NOT BE A THIRD STRIKE. YOU LOST A PATIENT. NICE WORK!!
