Service 1 out 5 I do not recommend, took over a year for replacement parts, tried to sell me a replacement tire for nearly $300 was able to find same kind of tire for less than half the price elsewhere, service only at this location when buying a car to keep the warranty is inconvenient and the availability for any service is laughable if you are on the go anymore than a small town amount of driving. The definition of bait and switch. Website shows a pre-owned car for a specific price. I drive up to look at it. The salesman comes out and says, Oh. That car was sold already. But we have another one going through service. It will be priced higher however. If it was a simple mistake, I can see that. But there was no explanation and offer to make it right. Just a salesman trying to sell me a different car at a higher price.
I really wish I could give them a good review, but other than buying a vehicle there I wouldn't recommend using their mechanics. They really don't know what they are doing or talking about. Maybe it's that they have a rookie staff? Anyway just dont do it..
Brought my truck in for recall work on the passenger side airbag in December. Picked up the truck to find the dash cracked right by the airbag. I was told "they all crack there and it was cracked before they started". It was not! They would contact me on what they could do for me to make right. Still waiting to hear from them. My guess is they are not interested in doing anything to correct the issue
