Shields has replaced 2 windshields for me and both were installed perfectly. The cost was below my deductible and scheduling was fast. Do not hesitate to rely on Shields for your auto glass needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Justin was incredibly professional. Just had my new windshield installed on my 2011 Honda Ridgeline not that long ago and a rock flew up on the highway chipping it pretty bad. I also had some pretty extensive wind noise. Justin pulled it in right away fixed the chip and the wind noise. Gotta say I'm really impressed. A+ 100% best customer service I've had in a long time. I highly recommend Shields Auto Repair. I went in thinking I needed window seal replacements due to a leak. My passenger side floor was full of water. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and sent me on my way. From my initial interaction with Denise in the office, to my conversations with Justin and Nevan who did the work, it was nothing but total professionalism.
