Dr. Shields and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful! They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and at ease. They are professional, kind, GENTLE, friendly, and all very good at what they do! Dr. shields is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to and believe me, I tried quite a few before I found him!! I have been going to Dr. Shields for years and I have always had a great experience. He is gentle, fast and communicates well. I have always found his staff to be helpful with scheduling as well as with billing questions. Also, since he has an office in Summerlin Hospital and in Green Valley it's easy to access an office regardless of which side of town I am coming from.
