Disappointed with ***** and Shield Xteriors. The ****** *********** was good and did a very good job - happy. The roof, however, not so much. Base layers of shingles along the edges were installed incorrectly and hang over too much. Looking from underneath they already look as though they are breaking. The gutters replaced with too much of an angle and are visibly crooked. ***** came out on 11 May 22 and agreed it needed to be fixed. We haven't heard from them since. We couldn’t be happier with the work done by Shield Xteriors. We had several bids done, but when we met with Issac, he worked hard to make it possible for us to go with Hardie siding. Issac’s attention to detail made sure everything was included in his quote. His approach made us feel confident that he had everything covered and we would be happy with the end results. You can definitely feel confident doing business with Issac (Shield Xteriors). I found him online while looking for someone to install concrete siding (James Hardie siding) on my gables of my log cabin. I couldn t be more pleased with the work and with how the owner was on top of everything. The workers were very fast in the work very professional and courteous. The work was done when the owner said no delays. Very happy.
Shield Xteriors did an excellent job. They were very professional and kind. I plan on hiring them again in the future. Excellent in all they do.
Professionals all the way around! Isaac gets you all set up. The crew was excellent and thorough and the work was done with care. The crew was very accomodating, Joe, Brock, and Joe...and answered all of our questions. We made the best choice possible for our project. They removed an old bay window and installed new windows, a storm door and new gutters. And we couldn't be happier with our new siding! If you want a company that's honest, reliable, and knows what they're doing, these are the guys to use!
