Really good experience with storing our furniture and boxes. Kim was really helpful. Shout out to Aaron for the immaculate fork lift operation. I would highly recommend.
Tried calling them multiple times to find out about storage availability. Every single time they told me that there is no one to answer my question at specific location today and to call back, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, next week… when I questioned them on how they even have a business they told me … TO RELAX! Horrible customer service and obviously nobody at the site of the business present ... ever! I will certainly stay away
Avoid Shield Storage - Our Belongings Were Stolen! A nightmare experience.
