I had a neighbors contractor damage my roof during renovations. I needed a forensic roofer to write a report on the damage for a lawsuit. I got Lou’s info from my public adjuster. Lou responded quickly, communicated well. Lou made the trip in to south Philly to help me out. After his visit, he provided me a quality forensic roof report the next day. Lou is responsive, great to work with, and incredibly knowledgeable. I look forward for to hiring Lou for all my future roof concerns.
