Lou and his team were professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. We ended up having to file a lawsuit against the insurance company because they kept denying the claim. Lou understood the claim process and helped my attorney with estimates to provide the insurance company. Once we were finally able to sign a contract with Lou, they got the entire project done quickly and we are so happy with our new roof!
