My new best friend (SHIELD's technician, Joe) was awesome! I needed a quick turn around on my security system - was having some issues with vandalism in the neighborhood. Not only was Joe friendly and meticulously clean and organized, he arrived on time and my system was up and running within a few hours! He showed me how to use the system and patiently waited while I downloaded the mobile app.... I can now arm my system from my cell phone. That's cool!
