your'e two employees Joe and holly were very patient with me and explaining the technology of my security system. I have been doing business with shield since 1970s. I am on my 7th plus alarm with shield I refer people to shield any time security systems come up
My new best friend (SHIELD's technician, Joe) was awesome! I needed a quick turn around on my security system - was having some issues with vandalism in the neighborhood. Not only was Joe friendly and meticulously clean and organized, he arrived on time and my system was up and running within a few hours! He showed me how to use the system and patiently waited while I downloaded the mobile app.... I can now arm my system from my cell phone. That's cool! This is our second house with a shield alarm system. The sales, office and install teams are very responsive to all our questions and needs.
