Last Thanksgiving we had a terrible wind storm which left a few visible items hanging, however when they got on the roof, there was so much damage that the insurance adjuster met and walked the roof line also. Shield Roofing did a very thorough roofing inspection and revealed some minor concrete work that needs to be repaired on my chimney. They were thorough and very professional.
Had problems with them ordering and installing the wrong roof color. Promised counter flashings in trouble areas and didn't install. Damaged my stucco without repair during installation. Voiced issues but nothing done by this company. Not a happy customer.
