Had the best experience with this company. They were so easy to get a hold of during the whole process, made everything so quick and painless, and this was the quickest house repair I've ever had which is amazing considering it was an entire roof replacement. When the job was finished, Ben met me when I got off work and the first words out of his mouth were "I'm so sorry we broke a light beside your garage door and we'll replace it as soon as possible." Shield Roofing was a great company to work with. They came out to do a minor repair and noticed we had damage on our roof from a previous hail storm. We notified our insurance company and they sent an adjuster out to inspect. They agreed with Shield that we had substantial damage and needed replacement. Shield worked with us to complete the job while we were out of town to mitigate the inconvenience of having work done while being in the house. They finished on time and the roof was excellent.
